There are multiple ways to address health concerns, including educating and engaging with the community. The Lord Fairfax Health District supports the idea that everyone deserves fair and equal opportunities to achieve their best health.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&nbsp;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Valley Health and the Virginia Department of Health are working together to bring the Northern Shenandoah Valley the Community Health Assessment (CHA). The CHA aims to survey the community about the most common health concerns that people face, to determine which health concerns to prioritize.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>If you have questions about community health or outreach, please reach out to your local health department.
