From Bainbridge Boulevard:<\/strong> Turn east onto Poindexter Street. Take Poindexter to the end and turn left onto Liberty Street. Go through the stoplight and the Health Center is on the left past the funeral home.<\/p>\n

From Campostella Road:<\/strong> Turn onto Liberty Street. Take Liberty across two sets of railraod tracks, go past Poindexter Street, and through the stoplight and the Health Center is on the left past the funeral<\/p>\n

From Atlantic Avenue:<\/strong> Take Atlantic Avenue to the end and turn left onto Liberty Street. Go over the railroad track and through the light. Health Center is on the left past the funeral home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
